With a flying shear system, is possible to reach 50% more productivity and, due to angular cuts, a better raw material utilization. This equipment is one choice of shear to be used in ours cut to lenght lines.
Hot Rolling Mill - Light Profile - AZA-LPL/16
The Hot Rolling Mill (light profile) AZA-LPL/16 has a continuos hot rolling process, so interruptions occurs only on bar type change, working with only two passes and producing profiles up to 1,27 kg/m feeded with wire rolls with diameter from 6 to 16mm. Reduced investment and transformation costs are the key feature our equipment. The product production range includes flats bars, angles, squares, T-bars and several other according to customer needs. Besides, the same technology and concepts applied in this mill could be applicable to larger equipments.
